From the moment I stepped into their practice, I was immediately put at ease by the warm and welcoming environment. After being told I needed a lumbar puncture to determine what was causing my bad headaches I thought I’d try a chiropractor first. It only took a couple of sessions for my headaches (which I’d been suffering from for months) to completely go. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking relief from headaches and migraines. Been seeing David for just over a month now and already the improvements in my day to day life have been really noticeable. I’ve suffered from severe headaches most days for years and David identified the areas in my neck that could be a causing factor and over the past month the severity and frequency of them are significantly lower!Not only that but he is incredibly good at explaining what he’s doing, the end goal that we’re trying to get to with each “issue” part of my body and he gave great things I can be doing on my own time to help with the treatment.
Overall it’s been a very worthwhile endeavour and i would highly recommend this place! -
I have been going to Worcester Chiropractic Clinic for about a year and I see Andy. The first thing I liked about the clinic was the friendly receptionists who make you feel very welcome. I also liked that you don’t have to change into a hospital gown. Andy is very knowledgeable about his field of work and will take the time to explain why you have the problems you do. I’m always amazed how he finds the places that need work on without me always telling him. His chatty conversation puts you at ease but with the right amount of information for why you are there as well as listening to some of the patients woes. You leave the clinic feeling a lot better than when you went in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. -
I was very apprehensive when Geoff left and I had to work with someone new as I have some serious challenges affecting me including severe obesity. Jason and I hit it off immediately though and he has actually managed to find different methods that have worked even better and I am getting more mobile again. He doesn't rush the sessions either and really puts the work in. Most of all we laugh - a lot - and that helps my anxiety of having anyone touch me in this physical state. 5 star all the way and an extra because he's just a really nice guy! -

He made me feel very comfortable and at no time did I feel rushed. I was also very happy with the clinics arrangements for dealing with covid restrictions. I have been seeing Beth for 7 months now. She is very professional and explains what treatment she is doing and why. My back and shoulders are the best they’ve ever been. Beth always give me exercises to help with my training in the gym and explains how to adapt exercises so I am able to do them. The reception staff are fabulous as well always polite and very helpful when having to move appointments. -
Having regular appointments with Beth has been so helpful for my fibromyalgia symptoms. I would highly recommend visiting David for treatment. I have had problems with my back, and knee for over 30 years and have tried different services but the issues have never been diagnosed or remedied. This is the first time I have felt ‘cured’. At the first appointment David diagnosed the problem and gradually he has worked with me to get my body into the correct position. The exercises he is giving me each week have been essential and are strengthening and allowing my body to maintain the ideal position. I wish I had discovered him before!! I am now able to do the sporting activities which have dreamed about doing for a long time. -

Geof has been treating my frozen shoulder for the last 7 weeks. I was in a lot of discomfort and had little movement in one arm. I love this place and Andy is amazing. I started attending when my back was sore and I'd lived with it for a while post pregnancy and Andy knew exactly how to get me to my best. He worked with me over a number of weeks and gradually reduced the regularity of my visits. Whilst making sure I had homework to be able to keep my back working at home. This reassured me that they weren't going to keep me hanging around for my money (although this is the best priced clinic I've been to for the quality provided)! The saddest part of not needing to go regularly was not getting to see the friendly faces of the reception team and of course my chiropractor Andy. I feel so at ease at this clinic that I am GUTTED! that I don't need to attend more often just to hang out with them all. They really are the sort of group you'd go out for dinner with! They are so friendly!
Of course they really became my heroes during COVID-19. I don't know what I did to my back but I'm walking like an elderly woman. I'm the wrong side of 30 for that! I tried to put up with the pain but when it got too much I called the clinic and Andy was in the day I called. The clinic stayed open late to treat me during a time of great anxiety, which I feel shows their AMAZING commitment to their clients. I really needed their help today and the fact that they went, quite literally out of their way to accommodate me shows what an amazing clinic this is. I cannot imagine being treated anywhere else. Andy didn't even laugh at my ridiculous, my back is killing me walk!
From the friendly welcome at reception to my amazing chiro himself, this place is fun, friendly and they really know their stuff. I cannot rate this clinic highly enough and I cannot rate the staff highly enough. Reception will make you feel at ease and welcome when you walk in through the door and you will have all of your treatment explained in full. Andy always tells me exactly what he's doing and why and I am always amazed at the amount of scientific knowledge he can retain (I couldn't remember all of those words!). You will feel truly at ease at this clinic.

Brilliant service! Amazing! Would 100% recommend. 10/10!I used the contact form on the website and received an email from David that evening and a phone call from him the following morning. I was genuinely surprised by how long David spent on the phone with me, talking through my situation to see if chiropractic treatment was suitable! Due to me having a fever, David arranged for me to have my appointment using Zoom (just one day after our phone conversion!). It is brilliant that this clinic is embracing technology, still open and helping patients during the pandemic - especially when so many are closed!
Prior to the appointment I spoke with David multiple times on the phone. He is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He also sent me a very useful information sheet prior to the appointment on how to best prepare for the video appointment - it was useful, very clear and easy to read.
He took a lot of time for the appointment and was very patient with me, never making the appointment feel rushed. He told me a lot of very useful information based on my symptoms and medical history. He also gave me useful dietary advice and very clear suggestions on how to increase my exercising. He gave me 3 exercises to do at home, and despite being on video call he showed me very clearly how to do the exercises. He was very happy to show me the exercises multiple times and to watch me try them and check I was doing them correctly. As if this wasn’t enough already - he’s also contacting my doctor tomorrow to tell them what tests he thinks I need doing!
David was very happy to answer my seemingly endless list of questions, and he provided me with a lot of very useful, and thought-provoking answers. David seems to be very knowledgeable about a wide range of topics, and where he doesn’t know he seems very willing to contact your doctor or to point you in the direction of where to get help.
At the end of the session David gave me a summary of the things we had talked about and the advice he’d given me and what he was going to do. This was very useful. After an extensive appointment with David I feel motivated, and optimistic about a pain-free future.
I was initially nervous about having the appointment over video and worried that it would be weird, but David was really friendly and I felt very comfortable talking to him about anything and everything. I would recommend David to EVERYONE I know - Literally! Amazing. And since he seems to care so much - I wouldn’t be nervous about seeing any other member of his team. 10/10. I can honestly say that I have never been happier with a medical professional! I only wish I’d found this place 10 years ago!! -

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I had been having awful leg pain for a long time and felt the need to see a professional. I rang up and made an appointment and the whole experience was excellent. The greeting I got from the receptionist was lovely and she put me at ease whilst I was waiting to be seen by my chiropractor Dr Geoff Long. Geoff was absolutely amazing, he did a full in depth assessment and explained everything clearly so I could understand. He also gave me some fantastic advice throughout my appointments. After just a few sessions at the clinic I can truly say I feel so much better and I’ve already recommended a colleague who had a bad back, and I know she too is happy with her treatment. -

As a professional dancer keeping my body in top condition is absolutely essential. Whether it's sorting my feet out or loosening up my shoulders, I really couldn't live without treatment. It doesn't just help with pain but makes me move better, which is essential with my job. I'm extremely pleased I decided to book an appointment. My hip had been bothering me for donkey's years (old age!!) and I was booked on the NHS waiting list to have it replaced. My friend recommended I ring up the chiropractors and see if they could help, as she had had the same thing. I spoke to Leon, who is a lovely young man, and he advised me that he may be able to help. Well, after two treatments (which, I must say were remarkably painless!), I feel 20 years younger and am back running up the stairs! No need for a new hip after all! Definitely recommend! And Leon is rather handsome too! -

It is vitally important to me to ensure that I as a rider remain as 'straight' as possible, to give my horses the best chance to perform to the best of their ability. Worcester Chiropractic was recommended by the equine physio we use, after I injured myself in a fall. After an initial consultation with David and follow up treatment with Beth, I was soon back to where I needed to be and I now have occasional checks / treatment to ensure that I... stay there. It always amazes me how much we as riders are willing to spend on getting our horses as straight as possible, but forget the essential element, the person sitting on top, who also needs to be level and balanced if we want the partnership to work. The treatment has been excellent and well worth the investment and I would highly recommend it to anyone, particularly those of you that ride. -

I had suffered with a sore neck/shoulders and painful hips for several years; I am a regular runner and found that it was impacting on my enjoyment and ability to run.After seeing David my condition has improved hugely and I can now run and go about normal life without discomfort. Very pleasant and well kept building with a clean outside. On street parking may be limited due to the business of the street however there is a reasonably sized space for cars to park. The signage does not stand out from the paint colour of the building so is relatively hard to notice and may be not optimized fully for passing trade. The centre appears reasonably sized for consultations and other customers suggest that the staff are nice and provide a professional experience. -
After my first visit Geoff sorted out my shoulder and back pain, which I had suffered with on and off over a few years due to osteoporosis and poor posture. He could see the problem as soon as I walked into his office. I walked out of the clinic feeling I had a new body. I had 5 more visits and each time felt so much better. Geoff has a wealth of knowledge and has given me some gentle exercise to help keep my back supple. I have had no pain since my visits but will go for a check up in a few weeks time. The receptionist is very friendly and also very helpful with appointments and the clinic has a lovely atmosphere. I am one very happy lady, it was worth every penny. -
After a car accident in 2002 I have lived with constant pain from my pelvis as it got hit badly and now goes out of line. After 6 weeks of treatment I now go pain free every 6 months. I honestly could not go about my day to day without seeing Geoff. Really friendly service with lots of useful advice. -
